This image is before construction of a CCA pine retaining wall and installment of sub surface drainage to remove surface water before it reaches the house.

Sub Surface or Agricultural Drainage

This client had flooding during heavy rain events due to a steep incline on the right hand side and the clay ground. The solution was to create a retaining wall to slow down the flow of water then install sub surface drainage and connect this up to the stormwater system to remove the water from the area.
